Our dedicated support team is on hand to help you with user support, troubleshooting and more technical questions. Support can usually answer your questions themselves, and otherwise makes sure to connect the right skills and find out what is required for your question to be resolved. Standard support is included in your subscription/license agreement and, if necessary, it is possible to supplement with tailored support agreements designed according to your organization’s wishes.
If you are logged into our cloud service Barium Live, you also have access to the Startguide and HelpCenter from the menu.

Our Customer Success Managers are there for you throughout the journey and handle your questions in our organization. We strive for continuous dialogue and long term relationships – from the moment you decide to work with us, through the implementation of your first solutions, then during the management and further development of your process applications and also through the phasing out if you still decide to go further.
Contact CSM when you have views on something that needs to work better, ideas about new areas of use, need for more licenses or need help finding the right person to discuss with.
