  • There are (still) gaps between current ways of working and the supporting systems which hinders companies to be successful
  • That investing more in those supporting systems is obviously money spent better elsewhere 
  • That putting the ways of working first and that supporting systems will follow is the future of operational efficiency. 

This might seem like a blast from the past, but the fact remains that these are common obstacles for current Manufacturing Retail Hybrids. As a new addition to our marketing team, you’ll be aiding us to highlight these pain points by executing a true-to-pain demand strategy. About the role:

As a Commercial Project Manager you’ll be working closely together with our Marketing Director and Content Specialist as well as the Sales team. At Barium we have a Smarketing team - Sales and Marketing working together in order to achieve the best results possible. 

No day will be like the other and you are expected to be driven and take ownership of your duties as well as supporting the rest of the team. Reporting to the Marketing Director you’ll be:

  • Project lead and management of marketing activities 
  • Coordinating various activities and ensure progress 
  • Managing different stakeholders internally and externally
  • Digital marketing and martech optimization
  • Providing background and material for analyzing the outcome of Marketing activities

In order to be successful in this role you’d have to be comfortable with working under the principle of “freedom under responsibility”. You would preferably have been working in a similar role for 1-2 years and have a determined and exploring mindset. With that said, we win as a team and we learn as a team. 


Who are you?

  • A driven and hungry marketer with a knack for project management
  • A team player who enjoys celebrating victories together with the rest of the team
  • You should be result oriented, structured, good at planning and at meeting deadlines
  • We think you have +2 years work experience in a relevant field, likely from an ad/brand agency or inhouse B2B
  • Have an entrepreneurial mind-set, be self-driven in both your own initiatives and those according to plan. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in english, both written and spoken
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business or other relevant fields. High performing self learners are more than welcome too
