The client reports errors and service requests via the form on the web, on mobile, on an ipad or through email that goes directly into the system (Email-to-Case). The cases can be classified automatically and then go directly to the correct service technicians or contractor inbox, along with case information, map and directions - while administrators can distribute data and adjust the priority as needed. Completed actions are recorded in the case, which gives full traceability and the ability to follow up.
