Fast and efficient implementation with 8 Omega

The Barium improvement methodology radically shortens the time to value from a requirement to realised profitability. Barium offers the most direct route to improved business operations and the experience required to methodically run continued improvement work within your processes. The result is measurable improvements in the shape of more satisfied customers, more effective processes and higher profits. We would go so far as to say that Barium can dramatically raise the level of performance of your organisation.

Barium methodology

Workshops with a focus on customer value, process and quick results are the basis of Barium’s methodology. This means that you avoid unnecessary upfront costs for proof of concept, analysis and requirement specifications – you can start straight away!

After providing a complete overview of the Barium Product, we then carry out the first of the workshops where we, together with the customer, define all areas requiring the support of the software. Typically this takes a full one day workshop, depending on how well-prepared the customer has made themselves. After this we model an initial draft of a process, which we refine during workshop no 2. After workshop no 3, and within two weeks, the customer will have an executable application they can administer themselves.

Work method in brief:

      1. Establish strategies and process improvements in management.
      2. Improve processes together with stakeholders.
      3. Establish the commitment required to implement improved processes.
      4. Establish an easily workable process for continuous improvement work.
