Assisted by a Barium process consultant, you can deploy and run an executable process application to rationalise and quality assure work within your business operation within a very short space of time. All process improvement work at Barium takes place iteratively, in clearly defined stages. The results of each stage being evaluated and adjusted before the next stage is entered.

Work starts off by selecting a key process within a business that needs improving and together with key stakeholders a new process model is developed. The model is then configured and transformed into a drivable web application. This process of discovery is carried out using a tried and tested methodology which consists of three joint workshops to map, validate and accept the process, with configuration stages occurring in between these stages. In this way, an iteration can be completed within two to three weeks, after which the customer can choose to carry out more iterations with or without Barium’s consultants.
