Form creation tool
The form tool is used to design forms to fit certain process tasks and guide users through each step in the process application. Forms can be published on the internet, intranets and extranets to allow external users to start process cases while metadata allows users to select values from lists. 

Work bench
The work bench, with its web based and user-friendly interface, is where users can receive, plan and execute

  

process tasks, such as filling in forms and editing or inspecting documents. It is also possible to monitor process activities.
